The Evansville Industrial Foundation is pleased to work with all potential buyers, both those who contact us directly, and those who employ the services of a real estate agent. Such agents are welcome to submit offers to the Foundation on behalf of a potential buyer, and indicate in such offer the commission to be paid by the Foundation to the agent. If the Foundation accepts the offer, then it will pay, at the time of closing, the commission stipulated. The Foundation values the contribution that an agent can bring to a transaction.
